Guarantee/Returns
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order.
Nevertheless, if you must return an order please follow the following procedures:

If we are at fault for your return:

Defective Item: Stylish Home Decor  will gladly refund your full purchase price, or replace defective item.
Shipping cost is non-refundable.

Incorrect Item: Stylish Home Decor will gladly replace order with correct item. No charges additional shipping
charges to customer.

Customer Responsibility:
Please email us as soon as possible if you discover something wrong with your shipment at
support@stylishhomedecor.com  
1) Ensure all parts and invoices are returned with the product.
2) Package the items either in the original box used.
3) We will email you an authorization and instructions on how to return the item(s)
4) If you request a replacement, we will ship your replacement after we receive and  process your returned
product.

Note: If you need a product replacement faster, we suggest that you request a refund on the original order and
make a new purchase on the item (so your item ships immediately while waiting on your refund to process).
Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be credited after we receive your return.

If you are not happy with a product, you have 15 business days to return the item. You
MUST email us at
support@stylishhomedecor.com within 7-10days of the purchase for an RMA number. Please detail your
account name (email address), order number, item name or description, and reason for the return (this will
help us better serve you in the future). Please send item in the original packaging. Restocking fee applies
(25%-up).
Make sure your request for authorization is on the outside of the package, if not it will not be accepted.        

We cannot be responsible for damage during shipment back to us. Please repackage any returns carefully and
i
nsure the item accordingly (some carriers insure up to an amount free please check with your carrier ).

Please be aware that a restocking fee of 25% will be added to all returns, and shipping cost are
non-refundable.  Your account will be credited when we have received the returned item.

Delivery Time
Most orders ship within 2-3  business days from when your order is placed. If item is  backlogged or out of stock
we contact you via e-mail to let you know when to expect shipping date. Product descriptions may provide a
shipping estimate time to ship. Some of our suppliers ship directly to you so you may receive your order in multiple
shipments. If you require a rush order, please call us, at 1-877-259-1777 to discuss special arrangements.  



Shipping
Stylish Home Decor uses UPS Ground for most shipping within the 48 States. We've found that UPS provides the
best value and reliability for our customers.  If you desire more rapid delivery, we can ship using other UPS
methods. For additional delivery needs or questions, please contact us at 1-877-259-1777 or
support@stylishhomedecor.com.

We use the United States Postal Service to ship packages to APO and FPO addresses.

Freight Fee
Freight Fees start at $69.00 - $109.00 depending on shipping location. Please call or e-mail us for an estimated
value.  
All Products that require freight fee are noted on the product pages.


ADDITIONAL SHIPPING NEEDS
Higher Priority Shipping service is available for an additional charge.  Most items ship UPS.  Items shipped freight
are delivered to business address and residential delivery are made to  curbside or driveway only
(residental
freight delivery may incur an additional charge)
